*ICL Academy endorses the NVFB position that pelvic physiotherapists are only allowed to perform ultrasound after 25 hours of internship and thorough training under the approval of specialists such as gynecologists. Furthermore, the NVFB states that pelvic physiotherapists are not allowed to make medical diagnoses. According to the aforementioned NVFB position, the pelvic physiotherapist is also not permitted to perform endovaginal ultrasound.
